Please read the terms and conditions of the following License agreement before purchase.

By purchasing any of our audio samples, you agree to the terms and conditions of SolidStateSamples.com.

All of the audio samples have been created by and remain the property of SolidStateSamples.com.

1. The audio samples are licensed to the purchaser for personal, private, educational, and commercial use.
2. The license to use the audio samples is granted to the original purchaser (“The Licensee”) of the product on completion of the purchase and is not transferable.
3. The Licensee may process and modify the audio samples as seen fit. If the audio samples are used for commercial purposes within musical compositions, sound design, game, and film soundtracks, SolidSatateSamples.com must be credited appropriately in the production credits.
4. Resale or other forms of distribution of an audio sample either whole or in part is expressly forbidden by SolidStateSamples.com. The licensee cannot sell, loan, lease, assign, or transfer all or any of the audio samples to another user, without written permission from SolidStateSamples.com.
5. SolidStateSamples.com will not be responsible for any samples purchased end use, or if they do not meet the purchaser’s project requirements.
6. Although SolidStateSamples.com retain all rights to the audio sample, The Licensee permits the use of purchased audio samples in video game soundtracks, web sites, library music clips, theatre, music, and broadcast productions subject to clause 3 above.
